The India-England Test series was equal to 2-2. The entire series was no less than a blockbuster movie, while the Oval Test proved to be like a thriller film, in which India has registered an exciting win by 6 runs. Well, the series is over, but a comment of India’s legendary cricketer Irfan Pathan has been engulfed in controversies. For this, they are also being trolled fiercely.
The controversy began when Irfan Pathan posted a post on X, in which he wrote, “This series reminds everyone that cricket does not stop for anyone.” As soon as the post came out, people started linking it with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, who took retirement from Test format a few weeks before the Indo-England series.
A fan even asked what is the problem with Virat Kohli to Irfan Pathan. Irfan did not name anyone in his post, but some people also connected his post to Jaspreet Bumrah, who played only 3 matches in the five -match series against England. Some users supported the former fast bowler, while some trolled Irfan and said that no one would make any difference from his perspective.

Only 35 runs filled the thrill in the oval
England needed only 35 runs on the fifth day in the Oval Test. There were 2 fours in the first over of the day, but in the very next over, Mohammad Siraj moved Jamie Smith on a score of 2 runs. England’s 7 wickets had fallen. Gus Atkinson and Jamie overton pushed the scoreboard forward by single and double runs, but England’s hopes shocked when overtan was also dismissed by 9 runs. In the 83rd over, Josh Tung also went on and now only Gus Atkinson was left hoping, because Chris Woakes was injured. When Etkinson put six on Siraj’s ball, the beat of the Indian team and fans would have increased. Etkinson had come out to win less than 10 runs on his own, but on the first ball of the 86th over, Mohammad Siraj made him a clean bold.
