Actually, the host England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced the schedule of 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup. The first match of the tournament will be played between England and Sri Lanka. At the same time, Team India will play 5 matches in the league stage of the tournament.

Indo-Pak match on 14 June

The 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup will start from June 12. A total of 33 matches will be played in the tournament. At the same time, the final match of the tournament will be played on 12 June. This time a total of 12 teams will participate in the T20 World Cup. These 12 teams will be divided into two groups of 6-6 teams. The first match of the Indian team will be with the arch -rivals Pakistan on 14 June.

In the top-2 of each group, the finish team will get entry in the semi-finals. 2 other qualifying teams including India, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia are reported to be kept in Group-A. At the same time, England, West Indies, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and two other qualifying teams will get a place in Group-B.
